Signs of the Times
1- Israel & The Jewish People
The Jewish people would be scattered worldwide,
"But I scattered them with a whirlwind among all the nations whom they knew not. Thus the land was desolate after them, that no man passed through nor returned: for they laid the pleasant land desolate."
(Zec 7:14)
God promised to regather them in their own land-
Fulfilled-May 14, 1948.
"And it shall come to pass in that day, that the Lord shall set his hand again the
second time to recover the remnant of his people, which shall be left "
(Isa 11:11) "...in the latter years thou shalt come into the land that is brought back from the sword, and is gathered out of many people, against the
mountains of Israel, which have been always waste: but it is brought forth out of the nations, and they shall dwell safely all of them." (Eze 38:8)
"Therefore say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; I will even gather you from the people, and assemble you
out of the countries where ye have been scattered, and I will give you the land of Israel." (Eze 11:17)
"Hear the word of the LORD, O ye nations, and declare it in the isles afar off, and say, He that scattered Israel will gather him.."
(Jer 31:10 )
And Birth the Nation in A Day
Fulfilled-May 14, 1948
Israel was under foreign control from about 700 B.C. until May 14, 1948.
"Who hath heard such a thing? who hath seen such things? Shall the earth be made to bring forth in one day?
or shall a nation be born at once?"(Isa 66:8 )
2- Iniquity Shall Abound
"Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful" (Rom 1:29-31)
Drugs; The Greek word for sorceries means drugs.
"Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts." (Rev 9:21)
3- Homosexuality Becomes Mainstream
"God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet. And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate
mind, to do those things which are not convenient; being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness..." (Rom 1:26-29)
4- The Church is Lukewarm
"...unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God; I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue
thee out of my mouth. Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked..."(Rev 3:14-17)
5- Nation against Nation (Ethnos against Ethnos)
Ethnic Wars abound in Africa and Asia. The Word Jesus used in Matthew 24, for nations is ethnos in the Greek.
"For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places." (Mt 24:7)
6- Belief in Evolution and the denial of a Global Flood
"For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools" (Rom 1:20-22)
7- Weapons of Mass Destruction
Today the nuclear arsenals of the world can kill every thing 6 times over.
"except that the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh should be saved" (Mark 13:20) Please see

8- "Knowledge shall be Increase" (Daniel 12:4)
Not only have computers increased the availability of information, but new light speed computing will make tremendous
computation powers available. The breaking of the DNA code will also make things possible that were unimaginable
to previous generations. With both the memory and computing speed of computer boards and chips doubling every
year or two the future of virtual reality, gene splicing and cloning, and nano-technology is awesome. But in the hands
of unregenerate man the potential for weapons of mass destruction is frightening.
9- The Gospel must be published in all the world
"And the gospel must first be published among all nations." (Mark 13:10)
"And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come." (Matt 24:14)
